We have an active Homeowners Association with a variety of activities and events that help make Blue Lake Springs HOA a great place to live!
Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open all year round on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations are recommended. Dining is open to members and their guests and renters. The Lodge and restaurant may be used for private parties and receptions.
An extensive family oriented recreation program is offered from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. This comprehensive and vibrant program serves a variety of audiences. There are daily activities, including Kids Kamp, swimming, and other recreational opportunities. Winter Recreation at Blue Lake Springs bring family and friends together in a very special way to be part of this unique community. The height of winter recreation season includes events such as Spring Fling, Holiday Brunch, Monte Carlo and New Year’s Eve. There is also Bridge, Mahjong and Potluck!
