Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open all year round on Friday and Saturday nights to members and their guests. It is a full service restaurant serving an extensive menu featuring the finest food on the mountain. With a full service dining menu, and a lounge menu, you are sure to find your new favorite!

The restaurant seats 145 guests and has a bar, a lounge and two fireplaces. Although alcohol is not served, you are welcome to bring your own wine with no corkage fee.  Snowflake Lodge always offers complimentary soft drinks.

Flat bread and Prosciutto~ with fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, basil, Kalamata olives, and roasted garlic   9.

Roasted Rack of Lamb- With basil mint pesto, served with risotto, roasted shallots, baby carrots, and black currant gastrique   Half Rack 25.  Full Rack 32.

Calamari Milanese ~ breaded with Italian herbs, and seasoned panko crumbs. Served with our classic    lemon garlic caper butter sauce, seasonal fresh vegetables, and risotto   21.

Chicken Caprese ~ Sautéed chicken breast flavored with basil pesto, topped with tomatoes, mozzarella Fresca, and balsamic syrup. Served over creamy risotto   19.

Ribeye Steak ~ Charbroiled and seasoned with black peppercorn and herbs. Served with sautéed Portobello mushrooms, roasted new potatoes, baby carrots, and roasted shallots   30.   With Shrimp Scampi    36.

Lobster Tail- 8oz warm water lobster tail, oven roasted with butter and wine. Served with drawn butter, lemon, risotto, and seasonal fresh vegetables   29.

Sea Scallops- Pan seared sea scallops served over linguini with a cream and leek tarragon sauce   21.

Roasted Duck-  Roasted duck half, with coriander, fennel, spice rub, orange fig, cognac relish.. Served with roasted new potatoes, shallots, and baby carrots   29.
